1232	Please can you assist and advise I have been told by a friend that according to a Hadith it is forbidden to marry a man who’s sister is already married to your brother. Please can advise if here is a Hadith and if it forbidden?

	The above is incorrect. There is no restriction set in Islam, where a woman cannot marry a man, whose sister is already married to her brother. There is a restriction on a man marrying a women who’s sister is already married to that man, unless she has been divorced or passed away. Probably the person who was explaining it to you misunderstood the Hadith. (Answered by: Hafiz Mohammed Akhtar)
