595 Someone I know who got married some years ago, had a very serious fight with her husband where her husband left with the intention of never coming back. She also stopped thinking of him as her husband and they had no contact for six months around. She finally decided to get a divorce from him.

The question is, does the woman's idthath start after she receives the divorce papers or did it start the day the husband left? (there has been no contact between both parties for over six months and the day the husband left, the woman had no intention of ever getting back together with him, in fact she did not view him as her husband any longer)
The Idthath starts from the point the divorce is given.
