381 Out of curiosity, on Miraj night, why was it that Hazrat Musa (A.S) told our Prophet (S.A.W) that to ask Allah (S.W.T) to reduce the number of prayers for their Ummath. I know the reason behind it, but why Hazrat Musa (A.S) and not say Hazrat Adam (A.S)
That is hikmaat (will of Allah S.W.T) and indeed His will is the best.

What we do understand from Ulema’s analysis of the events is that Hazrat Musa (A.S) had desired to see Allah (S.W.T) directly, but was told by Allah (S.W.T) that only Holy Prophet (S.A.W) will have this privilege.

However when Holy Prophet (S.A.W) came back after seeing Allah (S.W.T) during the Miraj night, only Hazrat Musa (A.S) had the privilege to see the Noor (light) of Allah (S.W.T) shinning from the Blessed face of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W). From this privilege, the desire of Hazrat Musa (A.S) was indirectly fulfilled.
